Q1: How do you charge the mold fee? How long will mold be made?
A: Incase we need to open new mold for your required profiles ,the mold cost will be refounded to customers when your order quantity reaches to a certain amount. Usually it will cost about 1~3 days to inspect the drawings or samples, 15 days to make molds and 1~2 days to test the mold. If need, it will be repaired to make it more precise and it may cost 1~3days.
Q2. What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual weight?
A: Actual weight is the actual weight including packaging. Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.
Q3. How do you quote price , per ton or per meter?
A: We provide more than two pricing modes
Q4: How many years of your product warranty ?
A: For different surface treatment and the applicated environment, it is about 10~50 years.
