Raw Material

 

Aluminum door frame will be manufactured by Kemet own factory. We welcome factory visiting. 

Two Production Solutions for Doors:
1. The company will send out the frame and glass separately, and clients need to setup when it arrives. Kemet team will offer full techonology support within the whole process
2. The finished doors(include glass) will be packed well and ship out to your country. When it arrives, you could install on the house directly.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing Details One: 
1.Protective tape protects frames from scratches;
2.Keep windows or doors fixed on wooden pallets;
3.Tie up windows or doors on the wooden pallets with plastic belts;
4.PE films to keep away from sea water;
5.Fill in the space between each two wooden pallets by air bags;
6.Tie up wooden pallets in container with plastic belts.Our packages will ensure the windows and doors arrive at project location in good conditions.

Packing Details Two: 
Firstly Bubble bag on aluminum door, and then wooden frame to tie up the door
