Mould Drawing

1. The company usually customs aluminum profile following the given sample or CAD drawings.
2. All of drawings will be verified by Kemet technology team. The technology team offers additional service that help re-design and make improvement to better adapt client's demand.
3. Kemet mould workshop have hundred thousands of moulds available to use and clients will not be charged any mould fee.
4. The new mould will be finished around 10-12 days once the company get the confirmation of drawing and mould payment. When the order reachs to the requested quantity, the mould fee will be returner to clients.

Processing

Anodized Electrophoresis Production Lines
include Oxidation, Coloring, Sealing :

The workers will check the surface quality include the color, film thickness and appearance surface. QC staff have to make the final inspection before remove aluminum profile from shelves. For any unqualified profile, the profile will be remade and re-inspection.

After unload the profile, QC staff will make the final checking for aluminum profile and permit to packing and inbound.
