| What color you can do for powder coating? The thickness for powder coating? | We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can provide the color sample. Our normally powder coating thickness is 40~120um. |
| How do you charge the mold fee? How long will mold be made? | Incase we need to open new mold for your required profiles ,the mold cost will be refounded to customers when your order quantity reaches to a certain amount. Usually it will cost about 1~3 days to inspect the drawings or samples, 15 days to make molds and 1~2 days to test the mold. If need, it will be repaired to make it more precise and it may cost 1~3days. |
