How could you guarantee the quality?	Firstly, we follow ISO 9001 standard strictly to manufacturing and our workers will pick out the bad products. Secondly, our quality directors will check it again. Thirdly, we will use the best package ways to protect the surface of products and make sure they will not change shape. Lastly, once some accidents happened caused by ours, we have quality feedback system, we will give best solutions for our customers.
Can you do OEM and ODM?	Yes, we can make products for your brands but your brands can not break the rights of other customers and we also will keep secrets for our customers, also we require deposit for brands making and we will give back after finish the goods, the deposit will be returned.
Can you make the free mould?	1. If your goods is the small profile(the section is below 30x30mm), you just buy 5~10 tons one time and the mould/tooling cost is free; if your quantity of one kind can't reach to 5 tons one time, when the quantity reaches to 5 tons, we will refund the mould/tooling cost for you. 2. If your profile is beyond 30x30, the the mould cost will be refunded requiring more than 5tons, may be 10 or 30 tons or 100 tons, please consult with our sales managers.
What kind of policies will you support for customers?	We give the reasonable overdraft time, if you have hard finance in some time, we can specially give the item of D/P or D/A 30days, different situations will be treated with different conditions.
If I place the order first time, what should I provide?	If you place orders that we don't have mould/tooling, then we need the samples or CAD drawings to make new moulds/toolings; for colors, you also can send us the samples or the color number if you know that. Also tell us the package details.
How long will the production take?	For making new mould, we generally cost about 7~12 days (for different sizes), after making new moulds, we will test and repair moulds/toolings, this process will cost 3~5 days; Then the products manufacturing will cost about 15~25days based on different quantity levels. So after making new moulds, the shortest time is 15~17days(workers will have two days holiday for every month) to delivery goods.
If I pay for deposit and I don't want to buy, how to deal with?	For the mould cost, we will not refund it and if the products has been produced, then the deposit will not be returned. If the goods are ready to produced and the material(such as the customized powder coated, wood grain paper, brand films, or other materials) also prepared, then the deposit will not be refunded; If the order has not be arranged and materials are not ready, then we can returned the deposit with the reasonable currency exchange rate.
