Performance characteristics of various surface treatments
1 Appearance Powder coating and fluorocarbon spray paint colorful, there are hundreds of colors to choose from. 2 Luster The luster of anodized and fluorocarbon spray paint products is generally in the range of low light, powder spraying is arbitrarily chosen from matte to high light, and the luster of electrophoretic coating is generally in the range of high light.
3 Coating adhesion From the standard requirements, the adhesion requirements for powder coating, fluorocarbon coating and electrophoretic coating are the same. But from the actual use and test results, electrophoretic coating is the best, followed by fluorocarbon spray paint, relatively speaking, powder coating is a little worse.
4. Hardness Hardness can be examined from two aspects, one is the surface hardness, the other is the abrasion resistance. 7. Solvent resistance

8. Boiling water resistance
Powder coating will show slight discoloration after 2 hours of boiling water, while electrophoretic paint film is still hard to see any change after 5 hours of boiling water.
9. Weather resistance
From the perspective of anti-UV light exposure, electrophoretic paint film is definitely much better than powder coating, but under normal environmental conditions, the weathering performance of these two coatings should be said to be comparable. Compared with fluorocarbon coating, the weather resistance of electrophoretic paint film and powder coating is far from each other and cannot be compared with fluorocarbon coating at all.
