We will find the reason and if it is ours, we will pay for that, if it is the agent, we will help you to get the compensation from the agent.
3. How many colors do you have? can you custimize the colors?

4. For the size, what is the largest size you can make?
Because of the limitation of containers, the max height of windows or doors is about 2.7m (based on high containers) and the max length is 12meters.

Yes, we will give videos and on line installation guides.
