1. What surface treatments do you supply?
We supply:
Powder coating( any color) ,
Anodized color ( Silver/champagne/bronze/black/golden),
Sandblasting, Electrophoresis, Water-based paint,
Fluorocarbon painting spray(two layers, three layers, four layers),
Wood grain transfer(electrophoresis based wood grain and powder coated wood grain)
Mill finished(natural color ).
2. What payment terms do you accept?
A. Payment by LC,100% of the total value will be paid by LC at sight.
B. Payment by TT, 30% deposit, balance be paid after BL copy within two weeks .
C. Payment by TT( with credit) , XX fixed advance, 100% payment within XX days after B/L issue date.
3. how long is the order delivery ?
we determine delivery date by taking into account periods of raw material purchase and products manufacture.
Order production time: 25-30 days for one 40 feet container( If any mould ready)
4.How could you guarantee the quality?
First, we only use high quality raw material A00 aluminum ingot and world famous brand powder Akzo, never use recycled or wasted aluminum.
Second, we have strict quality control during the production process, our QC will check carefully during each procedure and pick up the unqualified products.
Third, we have standard packing ways to protect the products in good condition during loading and unloading.
5. do you offer OEM and ODM?
We can supply OEM packing if you guarantees that the products and trademark do not infringe anyone's rights, and all losses caused by the infringement of the name and trademark shall be borne by the buyer.
