All of Aluminum Window and Door Profile are made in KEMET Own factory. After the production, window door profile will be transfer to window door workshop for installation.
To ensure the goods safety within the shipping, the company offers two shipping ways for customers to choose.
1. To avoid the installing issues, we could setup the aluminum frame and install with temper glass. After that, the products will be packed with wooden carton and deliver to customers safely.
2. For the customers who already have the installing team or able to install under the guidence of KEMET Technology team, we could send out the aluminum profile and temper glass separately.

Q1: How's your price?
A: We use the Changjiang ingot price. The ingot price changes every day, we will fix the final ingot price the day when we receive a 30% deposit, process cost is fixed.
Q2: How much of the anodizing thickness do you produce?
A: Our normal thickness is over 10 um. But we can also do 15um and above or according to your requirement.
Q3: What's color can you make?
(1). Any color of powder coating, including water painting color, PVDF
(2). Any wood grain color, can be made according to your samples
(3). Anodized (sandblasting) champagne from light to dark,
anodized (sandblasting) black
